Join Us as a Volunteer for Whitchurch Children’s Festival 2025!

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the Whitchurch Children’s Festival 2025 a fantastic event for families and the community. Whether you can spare a little time or get fully involved, we really appreciate any hands-on support you can offer!

We have already successfully sourced practical hands on help for setup and takedown, but we really need some help with stewarding. In essence, this means donning a hi vis waistcoat and just being a welcome and reassuring presence whilst the festival is taking place.

Ways You Can Help:

• Check-in Team Welcome attendees, check them in, and oversee wristband exchanges.
• Event Stewards Help with general event stewarding to ensure a smooth and safe festival experience.

For our previous festivals, we have been joined by volunteers looking for volunteering opportunities in the wider Basingstoke area, also students looking for Duke of Edinburgh volunteering opportunities.
